Default AFCO LS1 conversion radiators

I am looking at buying the AFCO LS1 conversion radiator for my '69 Camaro, and I was wonder what electric fan set up will work good with this radiator?

I've found the radiators at Jegs, Summit, but they don't offer a direct "bolt on" electric fan option for this particular radiator..

I do have the radiator and fan set up out of a 2004 C5 corvette (donor car), would it be possible to use that OE dual fan set up with the AFCO radiator? Just not sure how it would fit or attach.. Appreciate any info. Thanks, Jason.

I used LT1 fans on a custom aluminum radiator with very little custom work. Just got some extruded alumunum L-channel and cut 4 1" pieces then showed a welder where to put them. Welded straight to the tank and drilled. Then used j-nuts for the bolts.

FWIW

This was in a 68 Firebird.

use the fan that afco supplies with that setup. its a single 16" with an aluminum shroud. I used one on my 69. i will send some pics. it was $230.00 for the setup.

Can't bet the deal from afco to get fan and shroud. Did that on the polished radiator I got for the 68 chevelle I'm working on.

I just put an AFCO rad in my 67 Camaro for my 406 and I couldn't be more pleased by the fitment. It truly is a direct bolt in. I'm still running a shroud and clutch fan though.
