I've got the stock 4th gen cable on my car. I'm looking for something to replace it with because I have about 18" of it under the cowl.

Any of you guys got a part number for something that is shorter and a direct swap for a 4th gen?

I have the stock LS1 non-TCS Cable on my setup and it's working well.

Try a stock non-TCS LT1 Cable..it's about 10" shorter. It may help well in your situation bro.

The Lokar LS1 cable is available in a 36" long black housing version that they don't really make well known. Summit number LOK-TC-1000LS1U and instock. I had to search some to find it when I was putting my swap together. This is the only picture I have right now from build stage that shows the cable or should I say shows how it does not show.

I used the silver Lokar cable, and put wire loom (split tubing) over it.

I used on 67 camaro. I modify a washer to mount the cable in firewal and weld it.
