Default corvette reg and fuel line question

does anyone know what kind of fuel pressure is sent back through the return line from the filter . I have fuel line but it says 50psi so i didnt know if this would work

Maybe 5psi at the most. There is no restriction in the return line so the pressure should be minimal.

If the return line gets blocked it may see full pressure. I wouldn't use a hose rated for less than the full operating pressure from the pump.

That being said, the instructions I got with my carb'd FPR said to run a test where you back the FPR adjustment all the way back out. Let the pump free flow through the return line. Whatever pressure is read is the backpressure from the return line.

Carbs run at 6 PSI, so the return pressue should be below 2 PSI. If it is higher then the return line needs to be reworked.
