Need help wiring in ECU I am modding my own harness and need some tips, based off of http://chevythunder.com/1999-2002%20...%20pinouts.htm
Which wire needs to be constantly +, which wire needs to be ignition +, why are there so many grounds?

4 grounds is a lot? Pin 1 and 40 on each connector is ground (Like the pinout says)
20 and 57 are constant + (Like the pinout says "Battery Positive Voltage")
19 is Ignition + (Again, just like the pinout says)
