Default Need help wiring in ECU

I am modding my own harness and need some tips, based off of http://chevythunder.com/1999-2002%20...%20pinouts.htm

Which wire needs to be constantly +, which wire needs to be ignition +, why are there so many grounds?

4 grounds is a lot? Pin 1 and 40 on each connector is ground (Like the pinout says)
20 and 57 are constant + (Like the pinout says "Battery Positive Voltage")
19 is Ignition + (Again, just like the pinout says)

If it's a 99-02 harness, there should only be three ground wires that bolt to the back of the head. PM me your email and I'll send you the engine harness schematics.
