Default Need Help with 6-speed in 78 malibu

I am going to start the swap into my 78 chevy malibu in a couple of months. The motor is a Ls2 and 6-speed out of an 07 gto. My biggest concern is how to make the 6-speed work. Is there a way to make it work? How have you guys been doing it. I would greatly appriciate any help guys. Im looking for as much info on this swap as possible. THANKS

I am doing the same swap in my 80 malibu. I know that a guy by the name of John b makes a pedal that will bolt to your factory brake assembly. I have heard its easier to use the f-body hydraulics for the clutch setup. Hopefully somebody will chime in with more info. You can also check out Maliburacing.com, theres alot of info on there.

Its pretty much straight forward. Youll need to fab up the location for the hydralics. I did mine 5 years ago behind the lt1 but its pretty much the same deal. Now with the 412 it will be the same. Search on here you will find EVERY answer! good luck!
