LQ4 in an 80 Trans Am?

Anyone have a list of what I would need? And if it can be done for $1000? Would an LQ4 be a pretty straightforward swap or what?

Sorry my questions are so vague and general but I don't know where to start.

For 1k meaning swapped into the car with tranny wiring headers driveshaft mounts etc... HELL NO
