Default have any of you heard this

got to drive my car around the blook for the first time in two years and stop at a buddy's who has a bad *** scanner. have a code comming up multiple miss fires. does not say which bank. he said he ran into this before on an lt1 car. hes saying that my wire loom going to the computer which is almost touching the #8 coil pack, the coil will send off an ark to the wire loom and **** **** up. HAVE ANY OF YOU HEARD THIS. I HAVE NOT MOVED IT YET. the car still needs a tune and it is still opened header.

I think you need to clear the codes and drive the car a little more. It needs to learn what vibrations are not misfires. Mine would turn the light on for unexplained missfires every once in a while for the first couple hundred miles. Has not done it since.

I don't know about the cross fire, but it is a possibility.

My swap threw that code

apparently, I had cracked a plug during the install and never noticed.

I also bought new wires too..... couldnt' hurt

Let me guess..P0300????

Multiple random misfire...drive the damn car. My car does it all the time, never could figure it out. New wires, coils, plugs, no change...I think it is a programming issue, but what do I know.

when my t/a threw that code it was a combo of a dirty maf and a bad 02.

My maf is brand new(second one on the car), as are both O2's...thats not it.
