Need Help DTC P0106 I keep getting a code for manifold pressure not within predetermined range DTC P0106. I tested the the MAP sensor with a vacuum pump and the kPa reading changes as vacuum is applied so it seems the MAP is working properly. Freeze frame data indicates that the code is set real quick, like 30 sec after start up. The only symptom I am noticing is a drop in idle to below 500 RPM. When the code sets however, the idle is normal around 800. This low idle condition is intermittent and I believe the code is set several times each drive cycle. Could it be my cam (GM ASA 226/236 .525 .525 intake exhaust 110 LSA) causing vacuum issues? The motor has about 50,000 miles but I never ran it with the stock cam so I have nothing to compare.
