Default 1972 LSx Procharged Nova with T56 build..Pics inside (updated)

I will be updating this thread as I make progress on the car. I finally got the car back from the local chassis shop.
Motor started as a LQ4 and now has K1 rods and Wiseco Pistons. Custom ground Comp cam, and Patriot Performance stage 3 heads. BRP fabbed up the 1 7/8 to 2 stepped headers with the 3 1/2 collectors. The head unit is a F1A with the new Procharger LS transplant bracket setup. I will be post more pics and specs as the build progresses. All comments are welcome.

Gorgeous... absolutely stunning Nova!!! I see someone else thought of my idea for intercooler location in the front of these tight-fitting cars!

Can't wait to see MORE PICS

now you got to do me a fav.-i have a left over LQ4 stroker i built for my chevelle, but the ex. LQ4 runs so good, might not switch-but i do have a 72 nova i may swap it in, and was looking at the new Procharger kit
i wanted to retain the col. shift, and was wondering if the header collector blocks the area where the piece would come off the frame to the trans
i would prob be using Hooker headers though, so may be diff
i had a 68 nova with a s/b and F2, i had a custom intercooler made, i lowered it down in front to try and unblock the radiator, they do run hot at an idle
with it blocking the radiator-hopefully you will be ok
i was trying to see how much room next to the inner fender and blower, i like to snake the inlet around and try and pick up air outside
who's mounts are you using, BRP's
i like the painted valve and valley covers, really sets it off-hell, the whole car is nice

I will take a look at the area and get back to you. I am using BRP's mounts but with the bigger collectors and primaries they had to build me a new set of mounts to get the headers to clear the ground and their crossmember didnt fit at all I had to chop theirs up and reweld it to clear the collectors. I had that stuff powderr coated and it doesn't quit match the car but i will deal with it.
There is no room at all under the blower i am still trying to figure out how to plumb all that stuff..

Looks freakin awesome!!! I recently picked up an 80 Z28 and I will be headed in a similar direction, except nitrous instead of a blower... Wanted to do an older Camaro or Nova, but even rollers are bringing alot of money...

Did you use the BRP mounts with their headers? They say you have to, but the mount kit is pretty pricey... Their headers look pretty nice though - any problems with the fit?

Not sure what the exact color was I picked the car up as a roller all the paint and body work was done when i got it...with the exception of the bumpers and stuff..

We cut the whole top of the trans tunnel out and I had a guy mke me a new piece to put in its place. He did an awsome job..looks stock.

Nice! real nice!... So i was going t go with an LS2 drop out (6k with trans) but everyone is telling me to get an LQ4/9 and build it. If you dont mind me asking how much would it cost to build soming like that? What harness are you using? and what ecm?
I have looked an Fast XFI as well as the deliphi GMPP kit and I really want to know how much it is going to cost me before I jump in.

Considering the GTO LS2 plus 5k for a magnasun SP
