13 pin connector on 4L60e? (TH400 swap)
I posted this in the transmission section also; haven't gotten a response in a few hours so I thought I'd try here.
Apparently there is a 13 pin connector that goes into the passenger side of a 4L60e:
Instead of a 4L60e, I put a TH400 behind my LS1. Is it ok to leave this 13 pin connector unplugged? I just don't want the computer to be confused.
Thanks for any help/advice

I had a feeling someone was going to say that. I had a custom mail-order tune done by Texas Speed & Performance and I mentioned all the specs/mods of my engine/drivetrain, so I'm pretty sure they should have tuned it for a stick shift, since I said I had a TH400. Crossin my fingers now.

yup, just leave it unplugged and cover it/ tie it out of the way. Are you going to use the VSS with the 400? This seems to help with decel issues and is used for emissions stuff if you are set up with them. For the record I have run a few without VSS without any real issues either.

Ive read a lot about this VSS swap, I know that it will work for the 400 but will this same setup/part numbers work for the TH350 as well as I am in the process of putting one in my SS as we speak? Thanks!

I use a 4L60E reluctor wheel and sensor in our LS2 TH350 setup.
