DBW ECM / Cable TB

I didn't want to hijack the pedal thread, but it got me thinking. I have a 2004/5 Silverado harness / ECM, but want to use a cable TB. Can this be done? Use a regular TP signal, not the pedal assembly?

YES
I would set it up with a calibration from a Express Van, but you could go about it the other way.

What do you mean? Does the Express use a pedal mounted TP and a cable throttle body? I can mount about any pedal.

Most Express vans use a cable throttlebody, so they would have a drive by cable tune(OS) in them. If you want to convert from drive by wire to drive by cable, you need to run a DBC tune and make some wiring changes to your harness, if you are already setyp for DBW
