ls1 foxbody nearing completion but have a ? about some wires

ls1 foxbody nearing completion but have a ? about some wires ok im to the point of finishing up the wiring and there are some wires coming out of the engine harness next to the computer plug theres like 6 or 7 something like that pink wires that i need to go to batt. power for some and ign power for some etc. etc. and also there are a couple of wires from the body harness like power for the data link connector that i will have to wire in my question is
is everybody wiring them into the stock foxbody harness or are yall using a seperate fusebox and remote mounting it to run these wires all pics and input is greatly appreciated.
if you are using an aftermarket fuse box let me know where you got it
