Default New Retro LSX conversion company Installs Kits Heades LHX oil pans and anythings LS

Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself after becoming a sponsor on the site as Retro LSX. I’m currently retailing the LHX swap oil pan and have in development a new line of complete LS swap kits(engine mounts, frame brackets, crossmembers) and trans mounts for older applications. In addition to kits I will have a line of stainless LT and ML for each swap both with 3 bolt ball flanges. Currently we are mocking up the 4wd 73-87 GM trucks, 63-67 Corvette with OEM 4 speed, 83-88 G-body, 1970-1981 Camaro, and 1967-1969 Camaros. I also have some RX7s, 240Z and will be making these kits for anything with 4 wheels! I even have some first gen mustangs and am in the process of getting a Fox body to make a kit on. These new kits will be much more reasonably priced then what’s currently offered. This new line will become production parts in the beginning of 2010.

As well as developing new LS swap products, I’m am also offering full LS installations here in Cumming, GA just north of Atlanta. The shop is next door to grave robbers who also does high quality sheet metal work. So it’s a one stop shop for older Muscle Cars. We even have Vengeance racing right down the road for high performance upgrades and dyno testing after installation.

For motors and transmissions I have a full line of crate engines, from MAST, Vengance Racing, GMPP, and a inhouse line as well. We even offer low mile pullouts from cars and trucks and have tons of LY6,LQ9 and a some L92s for lower cost hipo truck motors!

Without a doubt! I myself have an 85 and 87 Firebird and the shop manager has a 87 Iroc so we are going to be building kits in the very near future. We will also offer stainless LT with a traditional collector with a 3 bolt ball flange for the 4L60 and T-56.

I also got the last LY6/4L80 i could with only 14K miles if anyone needs one for 3K plus shipping let me know.

Welcome to the site Shawn. Glad to see someone is finally coming out with a nice pan and headers etc. Good luck in your new business. Any idea when you will be shipping my pan? Not rushing you, just curious.

I saw a lot of areas for improvement from the old company I worked for with price and customer service being the top two. I’d rather keep that discussion off the forums and talk about the enthusiast needs and get you guys the best products at the best price!
We do have a 69 Camaro lined up for mock up, but we are currently building a set of mounts and headers for a truck that will be on a undisclosed TV show on spike TV. The First and 2nd Gen are going to be next on the mock up list.
I do have a 63-67 Vett that I’m building the headers for right now and have finished prototyping that kit for cars that came with a OEM 4 speed.

Rich,

The pan is supposed to ship Dec 21 but the foundry called me yesterday and said a few castings will be showing up soon but I was not given a exact date though... I presold about 20 so far and you’re in the top 5 so you will be getting one of these early pans.

I cannot say at this time till the details are worked out, but I will have builds on two TV shows as it stands now that are in the works for 2010.

We also pulling in a customer’s 1987 Aerocoupe this weekend that’s getting a LY6/4L80 combo with a cam and headers that will be on the power tour this year. It’s a very nice car with C5 brakes, cowl hood, big wheels and a nice black paint. With a ton of photos to come

Here is our Aerocoupe we pulled in for mock up. It’s a really clean car and we should have headers and kits made for this swap in the very near future.

The nice part about this car it also has the C5 brakes and some serious suspension upgrades so it really seemed like a great car to sponsor and do the build up on.

Also if you are near the ATL area I need a 67-69 F-Body or preferably a 1968-1974 Nova with PS, PB, A/C for a mock up car. I can do the full install at a discount price and offer the LS swap kit for free that is built off your car.

MAST offers stand alone harness, as well as Painless Wiring and Current Performance. I offer all these companies products and use the various companies depending on each application.

You mention parts for "70-81 Camaro." Do those parts work with the same year Firebirds?

Do you have the OEM harness from the LS1?

The 70-81 Camaro kit will also work with the firebirds as well.
