track update. i have no idea what tire psi was, or any thing, only think i knew was oil psi, trans and water temp, a/f and boost.
never goes as well as planed ran 6 times the first 4 i had my shift light set to high to i hit limiter on the shifts. the tb was set at i think 4k ish i never looked.
1st pass
10.965 @ 124.34 1.513 60ft
next few passes i had to pedal it because of traction 11.3@124.5 1.720---10.98@123.2
then i got a 1.54 60ft with a 10.89@124.6----off foot brake
11.29@124.3 @ 1.889---spin
this last pass the light turned green and i went wot, never spun hit my shifts w/o bouncing off the limiter went 1.87 7.2@102.5 with a 11.03@128.6
oh well

well i swaped the rear eibach drag springs out for some stock V8 springs. i did not cut them down yet but i will to set the rear ride height and help with IC and **** like that, but the one lugnut didnt want to come off. took a good 30 sec of my new 1/2 snap on air gun to break it off. called strange and got some new ones coming
im so bored with my life. i dont get off work till 7 now and my new job is about 30min from my house, between that and the cold and it being dark at 5:30 im going crazy with not having things to do.

i guess i could get it ready to get retuned. 20+ lbs or boost should wake my life up.
im still deciding on what gas to use. leaded is out of the question because it ruins sensors. this is a street car so $10+ a gallon for c16 is not worth it. i can get 100 oct unleaded at the pump for $6.00 a gallon. and with the meth injection it should help raise the octane. but im still unsure

Get some big hoss injectors and go E85...
Do they have it in your area? I've made pretty dang good power with Torco and 91 (AZ premium).... Been using it for years with no ill effects. Made damn near 700 rwhp through the auto with it last weekend so it definitely works as advertised. E85 is the ticket though - burns like 110!

Yeah we got e85 all over. I have a magnafuel 4301 pump. Its -10 from tank to pump. Then -8 to rails and a -8 return. I don't know if that pump will support 1100hp with E85. The injectors I have now are rc750cc so I know ill need injectors. But will that pump support it? And that would work great because steve has that two tune switch so I could run 93 if I need to fill and there is no E85.......... hum
Parting out. If this guy comes threw on buying the roller. The rest will be for sale. Details soon
thinking of runing the exhaust threw the front bumper still. thoughts?
got some odd warm weather here so ill be hooking up the c02 back up, give things a once over, and recheck the meth kit and its wiring. tracks open in march.
an idea of where it would come out.

Why can't you run 15lbs or so on 93? Is that some limitation of the LS1?
I ran 15-16lbs on my 302 with a small Precision 67mm .68 a/r and the thing went 10.30's all day long - Sheetz 93 octane pump gas.

So is the car not safe for 9.30's or what? I guess I still don't understand why not just turn the wick up.

Dude you are all over the place! Building it to turn it up and drive it too. Race it all year only on 5 psi with issues. Then selling the roller to put it in a much heavier fbody? That seems like a way to get yourself less happy with it not more? itll be going mid 11s adding that kind of weight. Then your parting the whole thing out and then keeping it and doing more stuff with it. sit down and figure out what you really want with it, figure it out or get the help to get it squared away. if mine went good bit faster on same engine setup same boost but at 3500 pounds figure out whats up with it then go from there. Pretty sure you didnt intend on building a turbo mustang that goes high 10s low 11s so of course your going to be frustrated. I ended up going 9.0s but still not happy either knowing that it still isn't 100%. Your not going to be if you keep trying to move forward and haven't got the first steps figured out.
I think when I made first couple passes on 93 I ended up turning it up to 11 pounds and went mid 140mph, dont add more things to deal with in the mix just get it worked out on cheap fuel least headaches as possible. At that weight could see 9.20s if it makes the same power mine did, shouldn't be a problem to do since you have better heads, and turbo is in the right spot not in the trunk like my junk. Leave it in the mustang and get it squared away you'll be much less frustrated. Then turn it rest of way up with decent fuel

im 90% sure i wont sell the car, to much work to take it all out sell stuff and build another, and i dont wanna do it.
darkhorse, i got a quick tune to get it up and running so i could drive it around. work some bugs out add and finish a few things. the wastegate lets me make 5lbs of boost so thats all its seen. and its only been on 93 and no meth. i have not raised the boost because its a shot in the dark on where the tune will fall at more boost. i got to much money in it to hit the gate with 20lbs of co2 and see what it does. i made a typo on my last track outing it was a 10.695 not a 10.965. but i never really made a clean pass.
but as far as race gas and meth goes, when it gets retuned the race gas and meth will be needed, 20+ lbs of boost wont like high iat and lower oct fuel.
jeff, what can i say i change my mind alot. but nothing wrong with owning a 150+ mph car you could drive every day.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm asking questions for research material on my own car.
I'd hate to think I took out a 'weak' stock 302 with a small 67mm that would have ran upper 9's had I kept at it this year, to install an LSx engine that is just as weak.
Thanks for clearing that up.

100 octane + meth will be LOTS. Ive been 9.1@152 ish on 94 octane pump gas mixed with meth, and I didnt even lean on it at all.
Meth will take 93 octane to around 114.

Yeah I just gotta change my oil and swap out spark plugs but I think my co2 bottle is empty. When the ams is on the noids keep clicking trying to increase pressure. And my fuel pump fuse blows. A 15a came in the spot on the harness but magnafuel said needs a 30a and to use 10g wire to power the pump. So I gotta check that out.
with the bottle up right when i open the valve just cold air comes out. when i flip it over i can see the co2. the bottle was originaly filled a few months ago but has just been sitting in a garage.

well got the co2 filled, just tsted it w/o the car running, seams to be working like it should.
i cant decide if im going to stick with the 275 mt or go to a 26x8.5 slick for a local class
found my CO2 leaks today and i also cut one coil off the rear springs. Should be getting tuned soon. local tracks open soon. hoping for some 8's
