Default Guys with RX7 FD Turbo LS1's. How did you build your turbo headers?

Is there a header available that you can simply flip over without hitting the frame rails?

i went with c6 ls3 manifolds first. i have seen several people use this route. i ended up using v-band truck manifolds like on sniper's ls2 350z. you could also use 2010 camaro manifolds

So, those Vband Manifolds. What Year/Model did those come off of?

I'd rather do something myself, I don't like where Hinson locates the turbo. How boring.

Thanks dude.

You cut the stock flanges off the cast manifold and weld on a mild steel V-band....look up Snyper's post and he gives details on the how-to of it. That's where I got the idea to make a manifold for my SS.

they came off of most 99+ chevy trucks just get them w/o egr. i used stainless v-bands on mine. due to the high nickle content of the stock manifolds.
