Default 4l60e transmissions, which years are correct for genIII engines?

ok so yet another question, what year 4l60e transmissions are the correct ones to use when doing a genIII swap so that the ecm for the engine can also control the transmission without any mods?

thanks
nic

95-newer 4L60Es were Pulse Width Modulated(PWM) so they will work with an LS PCM. However, from a physical standpoint, 98-newer camaro/firebird and 99-newer trucks will work without a hub spacer and special flywheel. All older Transmissions will require the spacer and flywheel (or modified stock flywheel).
