Default 1966 GTO / lq9-T56 Wiring issue

OK guys the short version. My son and I are on the home stretch of a frame off rebuild of a 66GTO. We installed the L9/T56 and have had it running using a harness from an 01 pickup and a 0411 computer truck computer with the Theft Off. Car has been running (and driving) great! Last weekend I rerouted the harness to clean up the mass of wires, but have managed to screw something up. The car turns over but will not start. My injectors and coils have power from the fuse block, but the injectors do not fire (using a Diode plugged into the injectors to verify), and the coils are not firing. I have verified that Orange constant power to the computer (Blue connector Pins 20 and 57) are working, and the fused crank/run power going to Blue Pin 19 and 75 are correct. Grounds 1 and 40 on both the Red and Blue connectors were not disturbed from when the car was running (the day before).

My question is, are there any other wires that supply the computer with power or grounds (I can't see any others from the schematics)? Also, what sensors other than the crank position and camshaft position are needed to enable the computer to fire the injectors/coils? I will be verifying these circuits tonight.

Here's some pinouts for an '01 truck - see also the link in my sig (Lots of swap info here!) to download a color-coded pinout I did on an '00 harness (albeit using a 4L80e), which is tremendously similar. Also, scroll about 1/2 way down this page for stand-alone requirements (again, for an auto).

While I'm at it, not sure if I've picked your brain, but what oil pan and mount plates did you use? I'm gathering parts for my '66, and trying to get input from others that have done the swap. Thanks.

Default 66gto

hookem - I used the Camaro pan. Fabbed up my own mounts (offset 1/2 inch to line up engine/tranny with Rear end), and then used a truck exhaust on Pass side and a 2001 Camaro exhaust manifold on the driver's side. As I said in the post above, the car runs really strong, and we can't wait to finish the bodywork and paint it (my son has picked out dark blue). This "no-brainer" rewire is typical of the things that can set you back!
