For all the Mustang swap guys, Dynatech has GREAT customer service. I ended up with one of their headers designed for a newer mustang. When I called they were happy to help and did not bs about my headers being scratched from mach-up or anything. They even covered UPS to come get them and shipping both ways. It seems more rare to actually find a business doing the right thing, so I figured I'd give all the ls1 tech guys a heads up. Dynatech is a great company to buy from, oh and the headers look great as well!

Same Situation with me... Got SN95 headers instead of the Foxbody Headers ( ordered late on a Friday ..lol) covered it all both ways just like your scenario... It seems that the CS extends into every division of A-Fab Corp. I can see where the shipping errors could happen, seeing as it has been only recently that the difference in the Fox/Sn-95 header fitment was brought to light, ( on this forum I believe) and there was only a single part number for all 79-95 prior.
