Default LQ4 damper puller

Okay guys, I'm beyond angry with the worse-than-words design of the LQ4 damper not having 3 holes, nor any easy way to add them. I'm designing a new puller. So far I have about $20 worth of investment, per puller, in materials, and then there's the welding. Who would spend $40 for such a thing?
I'm also gonna post this on some other forums.

All you need is a common three jaw puller, no need for anything special.

I think you would have to use the puller more than every once in awhile to justify buying a specialized single use puller.
