We weighed it at around 3300lbs before we changed out the suspension, brakes, rims and tires. Have to weigh it again now that it's finished.

Added some lettering and Pontiac Vibe fender emblems to the coil covers:

The covers turned out nice, How did you end up doing the lettering? Did you ever get the paddle shifter to function to your liking?

Sorry Rocky, sometimes I miss the notification emails. The lettering is just decals that I had a sign guy make up. The emblems are off the fenders of a Pontiac Vibe. Heated them up a little so I could put a slight bend in them and just stuck them on.

I have a 2-3 shift valve from Sonnax that I have to install before I'll be happy (I hope) with the paddle shift. Have to drop the valve body. It's to enable engine braking on downshift.

Sometimes you just don't know if you don't ask:

Also got some bolstered seat foams from TMI Products and had them covered in leather:

So, I got these bolstered seat foams from TMI Products. They look great, but now you have to be a midget to fit in the car. The cushions are a LOT taller than before. No good.

So, i tried some Procars. You can see how much lower they are. They're nice, but too tight around the thighs.

This week I bought a set of 04-06 GTO seats on eBay. They're in really nice condition. I'm sure mounting them will be a challenge though!

I love your car. Very nice. By the way who made the paddle shifter kit? I am putting a L92/6L80E into a 1965 Buick Skylark and would like to use the paddle shifter feature.

CF have you considered adding rails to your original seats. It's fairly easy. I have same issue I'm 6'5". The rails set the drivers seat back 6 inches. I saw a 65 goat with Gto seats recently and they looked good but I really like what you did to the originals.

Yes, I have the extension rails from Ames. Helped with leg room, but they're still too high.

I have been following your posts on your fantastic GTO build. Congrats.

One question. Where did you put the MAF sensor and body? I see the rubber 9o degree elbow but I do not see the sensor in it. Did you put it at the far end near the filter?

I am under the impression it has to be about 4 -6" from the throttle body to work right.

Lorne
