Trust me if you saw the clearance on my frame you would freak. I have a LS2 in a C4 corvette. It is about 1/16 clearance to the frame. If I get a new pan it will be 6/8 more clearance in the front where I need it.

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but is the opposite true as well? I have an LS1 being swapped and just purchased an LS2 oil pan... hoping it will fit. LOL
I'm assuming if the LS1 will fit an LS2 the opposite should be true.
