Will a 2005 ls6 corvette harness and ecu work with a 2006 gto ls2 engine?

Will a 2005 ls6 corvette harness and ecu work with a 2006 gto ls2 engine? So i found this 2005 ls6 corvette harness and ecu 12200411 for sale loccally. I was unaware that they made ls6s in 2005 .. i thought the corvette plate form switched to ls2s.. well my real question is will that ls6 harness work with my 2006 gto ls2 engine.. are the knock sensorsand cam sensors in the same positions thanks.... any help would be great...

You need to verify which relucter came in the GTOs, the 05 corvette motors were the 24t relucters and the 06+ had the 58t relucters. For some reason I seem to remember all GTOs had the 24t relucters but I could be wrong, that's why I say verify the relucter because other than that they are the same.

Didnt even notice that, like matt said only LS2 in 05 (which is what I was refering to as being compatiable). If its a LS6 harness it can be made to work with extending a few wires and changing the injector plugs, but it still comes down to the relucter.
