i was on motor all day trying to get it in the 10.999s but 11.21@122 with a 1.59 60 ft was all it had that day.
it broke (started making noise) in Staging lane. 60 ft was down from 1.55 but dead hooking

This is the best 60' that I had on motor with the old LQ9/Th200-4r/Circle D 4c/3.90 gear/275 combo:

Typically it was in the low 1.5s n/a. My car picked up about 4 hundredths on the trans brake over footbraking.

That's where I'd like to be. I'm running 4.10 gears and a 4600 converter. I should be doing 1.4s with that

For sure!

What camshaft, heads, intake and compression do you have?

You have a good looking combo. Like mine, it is the weight that is a killer.

The converter will help and the trans brake should also. Bought a lithium battery i just received yesterday. 3.5 lbs i believe it is.
I might do coil overs in front if the trans fix don't break me to bad

Battery Tender BTL35A480C Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery
Amazon Amazon

This is not in my car yet, i used it on an rv dolly i bought temporarily and i must say, it lasted way longer then even the big gel battery that my rv came with to move my rv.
I will try it soon to see how it starts the car

So, I went from an LS1 Corvette to an LS3 Corvette water pump. I did this because it has a shallower pulley profile and it moves the radiator hose outlet closer to my driver's side radiator inlet.

The surprising thing was, I could feel the difference in weight. So I weighed them. LS1 water pump -12 pounds. LS3 water pump - 8 pounds.

I can also feel the rotational weight difference between the LS1 big bell pulley and the thin profile LS3 pulley. So far, all win.

Yes, it is a Vette water pump and I have Vette accessory drive. The belt lines up well. There are a few differences: 1.) Location of the water pump exit to the radiator. 2.) The water pump inlet is about 1/2" further toward the passenger fender. 3.) The water pump thermostat housing is angled more toward the ground.

NOTE: This is the 2009 up Vette water pump.

I've never put a fbody pump next to a vette pump. You know off hand is it much different? I might go to the parts house and compare the 2

I don't know about the 5th gen LS3 Camaro setups, but the older LS1s the Vette accessories were closer to the engine than the F-body stuff.
