Default pcm loaction 2004 gto and 99-02 f body

does anyone know what the difference is between the location of the pcm in an f-body vs the gto with ls1? I'm trying to figure out if the harnesses are the same dimensions.

Any input is appreciated. thanks

Not sure about the F-body, the GTO PCM sits between the drivers header and fender... amazing that it doesn't bake in there.

They are on opposite sides, GTO is on the drivers side fender and the F-body is in the pass side fender.

you think that the pcm could be swapped sides? is the tail on the gto long enough to be moved to the passenger?

Not sure but I guess you could always extend the wires if needed.

The wires would be long enough but you may need to pull them out of all the tape and retape it in the direction you want.

The tail is pretty long on the GTO. I did a swap into a mustang and put the computor in the stock location which is the passenger kick panel.
