Default Ls1 into 88 fc.

Was looking for info about ls rx7 conversions and found a couple of treads on here about fd cars. Untill six weeks ago I was the proud owner of a 00 ws6 t56 car. ( I still own it but). It put 416/404 down na and 509/514 w/100 shot. I let a so called friend drive it. And I just settled with insurance. And yes I bought it back to salvage and part out. So I decided to build an ls fc. The threads I have read so far have alot of great info. But am still looking for some parts and answers. Like, am going to 4l60e. But want to stay with 1 7/8 long tubes with 3inch collectors so I can go with 3inch y pipe and 4inch exhaust like my mufflex system. Have only found long tubes for t56 so far. Do I have to use alot of the ws6 harness or just the under hood harness and ecm ? I have other questions but don't want this post to just run on. So any info from experience or for links will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

+1 on norotors.com tons of good stuff, all you need is the engine harness though. Grannys speed shop has a break down on the electrical stuff, but ask away if you can't find something. Autos and longtubes have been done but their custom built or modified.
