no not trying to hide it. im trying to get as much air to it as possible. i could care less what it looks like. that is the stock bumper that i just cut to fit... it is a straight 4" dp out the front bumper. doesnt matter what it looks like it wont be a sleeper. and the saleen bumper sickens me.

what are you using for front spindles now that it is a front steer set up? Could you have gotten away with a GTO pan and just lowered the stock rack a couple of inches? Thanks! Looks good

not long to fab up the one i have. it has been redesigned once b/c i wasnt happy with the first design, so it has taken a while to get to the this point. but after i decided on how i should do it, it didnt take long to get it finished.

i redid the water pump neck. it was holding air b/c it was up higher than the rad cap. i made it a 90 and put a fitting on top. also that is where the air filter will be

i got the rear finished besides the sheet metal work and different wheels. the car is sitting on its own 4 wheels now. i also started for the first time in a while. battery is pretty much dead and my alt doesnt charge yet. engine sounds much better and doesnt smoke any more.
here are some pics. kinda hard to tell any thing b/c it is so dark and it looks a little goofy with 15's in the front and 17's in the rear but oh well.
and here is a video of it running. no tuning has been done yet. i have solid mount and it barely vibrates the camera. gotta love that dead battery

steering. consists of flaming river u-joint, 3/4" DD shaft, and a hyme joint.
drive shaft. stock alum drive shaft out of a 4x4 explorer with conversion u-joints to make it fit the mustang rearend and th400.
my fix to the air in the cooling system problem and its inability to bleed out b/c the cap was lower than the head/water pump.
