Default Retaining Ring Part for Fuel Bucket?

Where can I buy the locking ring mechanism to install a 98-02 Camaro fuel bucket into a new 69 Camaro fuel tank? I need both parts, the one to weld onto the tank and the retaining ring which locks into it. Is there a part number where I can walk into a local parts store and order? I am not even sure this is what the proper name for what I am looking for. Anybody know what I am talking about? Thanks for the help.
