Default Standalone Harness Question

I have searched and googled and can't find an answer. I am sure the answer is here I just can't seem to find it.

I am going to do a swap into a 84 Monte Carlo SS. I have a 2005 6.0 out of a 2500 GMC sierra and I want to do a stand alone Harness, I am curious which harness do I need. I don't want a DBW, but I am curious if a DBW harness can be converted to a throttle cable harness. Basically I am curious which harness do I need to get? I don't want to order one, I really like gaining the experience of doing it my self.

If you're using a 411 PCM, you can just get a 1999 - 2002 DBC truck harness.
They're fairly easy to convert to stand alone.
If you started with a DBW harness it could be converted, you'd need to add the TPS wires and the IAC wires, you could convert the wiring already going to the throttle body to do these functions

If you are using the truck intake you will need a drive by cable harness with multec injector connectors and a map connection long enough to reach the top center of the intake and a 5 pin MAF sensor connection. If you are using a car intake, you will need EV1 injector connectors and a map connection at the back of the intake manifold and a 5 pin MAF sensor connection. If you are looking for a standalone harness, we have them for either application for $499 plus free shipping. They are 100% new with GM Delphi parts (no foreign knockoffs) Let me know if you need any other help.

When talkin about the car harness did you mean a "3" pin MAF plug plus the 2 pin IAT? Or do you guys only sell the "5" MAF?

BTW OP the 5 pin is better than the 3 pin 70mm vs 85mm. But may depend on what you already have.

We sell both setups. We have the 3 pin MAF/2 pin IAT as well as the 5 pin MAF (Corvette/Truck).

So with the truck set harness from the 99-02 truck will this control the trans also? Sorry for all the questions but this is all new to me. Not the car thing but the LS swap thing.

Yes. It will control the engine, trans, fuel pump and fans.
