1993 Mustang Notch LS1 Project
#1
I picked up a 93 Notchback mustang its a 4 banger so its going to get a complete over haul, the car is very clean no rust only a small damage to the driver side door and quarter panel. It should be a fun project hope to get a 10sec pass with it, it should be easy with this weight!
Pictures!
Driving her home
I was able to pick up some parts
Ls1 short block i was planning on taking it to a machine shop get it cleaned up and install new pistons, rings, and bearings.
I also got some fuel rail covers, Sub frame connectors
I am picking up random parts as i shop around, this weekend i want to go to the junk yard and pick up a 8.8 rear end and i need to order a mini tub kit i want to fit some fat tire in the back

you should have no problem getting 10's. My car has 98 LS1, stock with only a very small cam, headers, yank converter, 3:73's and 235/60/15's drag radials it went 7:40's in the 1/8th w/1:68 60' car is not gutted at all. Full stock int and has Ice cold air and p/s and can be driven anywhere. All stock 4 cylinder stuff for suspension still. (thats next upgrade)

just remember what length axles you will need. stock 79-93 length is a little harder for back discs but can be done while 94 and up are real easy to do discs but at an expense of 3/4" longer axles per side. (5 lug)
