Default Impala gas tank connections

These fittings came on the ends of the send and return line of my 95 Impala tank. Should I take these off and attach to the hardlines or just attach my lines to these fittings?

Those are the OEM fitting that have use Nylon fuel line. Most likely who ever your got the tank from, just cut the nylon fuel line off to get them off and didn't know how to remove the the right way.

You can either used them or replace them with aftermarket Quick Disconnect fitting (Russell) and AN fitting.

Dorman make a OEM type of repair kit of various types if you do want to use them. I have seen some just use FI rate fuel hose and clamps.

Thanks! Got it squared away this weekend. I'm using Russell AN's all around so I just took those fittings off and put the Russells on.

Bczee, your fuel system info is great!
