Default Pinout help

In the process of repinning myPainLess LT1 harness to 0411pcm, and I'm stumped on a few wires. LT1 harness has wires labeled as High/Low resolution, and the Ls has what's labeled as High/Low reference, do these function the same or are they different? Anyone can shed some light on this for me?

Hi/Lo res are part of the opti circuit which gets replaced with the 8 indiv coils

Low ref wires to sensor circuits are basically computer controlled grounds. LT1 harnesses tie all of these into two PCM pins where LSx have them all ran individually. It doesnt matter which PCM pin gets which low ref wire or if a few pins are left unused

Any idea what 12 volt reference is in the LS harness, I'm trying to figure what wires in the LT harness can be connected to these pins in the 0411.

Crank and cam +

B2 for crank and R39 for cam

For 94-95 harnesses, both connectors need to be added. Refer to the LS1 schematics
For 96-97 harnesses, the crank sensor is already present. Its 12v and low ref wires are already handled by a 12v IGN wire and low ref common for the other sensor low circuits. Cam still needs to be added
