Default LS1 TH350 Kick Down Cable Help!!!!

I was wondering if there is anyone who has put a TH350 behind the LS1 and how you hooked up the kick down cable to the throttle body?

Cut where the kickdown cable attaches to throttle body off very carefully, rotated it counterclockwise until it was about in the 8 o'clock positon when the throttle body was closed, and weld back in place. Then I cut the stock cable holder bracket between the throttle cable hole and kickdown cable hole, dropped the the kickdown hole down about 1/2 an inch and weld the bracket so its more inline with the new kickdown position on the TB. Used the end of a stock truck kickdown cable on the end of my Th350 kickdown cable to clip in bracket as well onto the throttle body.
Yes I do realize this write up is fairly worthless without pictures, will try to get some up in a bit.

You don't really need the cable if you're willing to manually downshift to pass...

I believe Bowtie Overdrives has a kit or at least can point you in the right direction.

^^^ Wat he said.

I didn't hook up vaccuum or tv cable due to DBW. It shifts at 2600rpm all the time with no problem, just need to downshift manually to pass, and upshift manually to race.
