Default Need help troubleshooting new installll

I just installed an 04 5.3 into an 81 vette. Got around the issue of a no good brand new corvette regulator/filter. Car cranked fine, ran great. I was a happy dude! But, went back to crank again and no start!!! I have good gas pressure, 12v to injectors and coils, but no spark at plug. What do I need to check? One other question. On the wire loom that goes to the oil level and cam sensor, what is the single wire with a small circle end on it? Where does it go? Starter?

Is it cranking or doing nothing? I would start by rechecking all of your connections. The small wire could go to the starter solenoid.

Go to Autozone and rent their fuel pressure tester and their noid light. This will confirm that you do have 57 psi and voltage to the coils when cranking over the motor. These testers do not cost you anything once you return them the deposit is given back to you.
