can someone please tell me if i can use a computer from a 6 speed ls1 in a auto with the 4l60e

Yes service numbers are the same. File in PCM has different settings

Meaning you can get it tuned to run an auto. It's going to need a tune anyway so it will start, so you might as well use the one you've got.
