I have an '04 5.3 and am about to purchase a C5 accessory drive, ie mount, pullies, power steering , alternator and tensioner. Does anyone know if I will need to change the crank pulley to a C5 as well or will the truck line up?

Yes you need to change the crank pulley too. You will need a new bolt for that pulley too as the stock ones are 1 time use only. ARP makes a re-useable one.
