Default 1982 Corvette??

Would a '82 Vette be easier or more difficult than a 81-earlier to install a LS engine?? It is already FI ready and has a 700R4 in it, correct?? Any help would be appriciated.

The electric fuel pump would need to be replaced with a higher pressure unit, no big deal.

About the only thing that would be differant would be the shorter driveshaft length due to the 700R4. On my 1980 I'm playing with the motor mount adapter plates in order to use the stock driveshaft.

Other than that it would be the same as previous C3's.

Yep, it's virtually impossible with an 83! I knew a guy who tried and it just wouldn't work.
