Default Vacuum port help

Doinga swap on my nova and ive got two of the vacuum lines hooked up in what i think are the correct locations. One is from throttle body to passenger valve cover, the other is from the valve cover to the manifold in the driver side. What im wonder is, what is the purpose of the second vacuum port on the passenger front of the manifold, do i just block it off or what?

The one in the first pic is not a vacuum port, but the steam vent. It needs to tie into the cooling system, preferably a expansion tank.
The one in the 4th pic is what the valve cover actually ties into. The one on the throttle body that you have the valve cover tied into, can be capped.
