It will require a new windage tray unless you want to cut yours up to make it fit
Is there a specific windage tray that works with the holley pan?

Holy hell on the price for the pan! I dunno if I want to put down 400 bucks on a oil pan....The Merv, can you do me a favor and measure your front fender height for me? If it hangs alittle lower than the cradle, maybe I could get a skid plate mounted under it just incase.

This is taken from the holley install instructions:

[WARNING: Due to the design of the Holley® oil pump pickup screen, slight modifications may have to be made to the oil deflector before the pickup screen will sit flush (See Figures 4 & 5). Be sure to inspect this area before bolting the pickup screen into place as modifications may have to be made. GM offers an oil deflector that has the necessary clearance for the mounting bracket of the pickup screen. The GM P/N is 12611129, if modifications to the oil deflector are not desired.]

Which plates did you use? I'm considering using either the transdapt 1in setback plates or the carshop 1in setback plates... which i thought the CTS-V oil pan would fit fine without modifications. i'm with T76s10 i thought as far as factory oil pans the CTS-V was the way to go...BTW my GP is dropped.

Are you using the holley 302-1 or 302-2 oil pan?
