I am looking to go with Aeromotive A1000 inline pump for my Chevelle project. I was wondering what pumps all you boosted guys are using in your conversion setups and how much are they? Thanks for your input!

eBay. You can find them with the AN fittings for about $260

If you plan on extended cruising where ambients might reach 90 F, my rec is to stay away from in-lines!! They will let you down in the heat (PM me if you want all the details).

Aeromotive offers the 1000 in an in-tank set up (a recent Hot Rod had an install in their yellow Chevelle?), contact Bret at ext 109 and he will give you a ton of help...BTW, Weldon has great pumps as well (in the price range, $350, you're looking for).

I'm boosted, have been chasing this problem for a long time, and have finally solved it...if it's going to be hot, go in-tank!!!!!

BTW, check out one of the guys in "conversions", a '60 something BelAire or Impala, I believe. He's got a neat use of a late modle GTO system...returnless?

Good Luck
