Default Which standalone harness

Im considering the current performance and psi conversions. Anyone have any experience with either of these or pros and cons. Im doing a turbo 5.3. Its going to be speed density, no AC, all mechanical gauges, I have a one wire alternator, and turbo 400 trans. its in a 92 mustang coupe. Any input would be appreciated. thanks
