the mounts are normal rubber mounts but the bell is hard mounted? shouldnt they both be rubber or hard mounted? you will be putting all the stress into the bell. looks good though i have been kicking around the idea to build one my self.

Even big boy engines don't move around much. I built it around a fully dressed engine so the rubber is compressed and everything lines up. Look at my other videos of the LQ9 to see how it fits with an engine installed.

nice! I was thinking of doing something like this in prep for an LS swap in my 66 GTO. Unfortunately, I sold the car, but am still considering doing something similar for a 5.0/AOD in my 67 Mustang, albeit with a provision for a transmission and adjustable to fit different engine/trans combos.
