I have used the search and was unable to find anything on mounting a 02 f-body t-56 to a 07 Vette LS2 can this be done? If so what is needed?

If the trans came out of the 02 F-body, The trans should bolt up to the LS2 block without any issue, just have to make sure you get a Pilot bushing in the end of the crank. Clutch, flywheel and Throwout bearing that came with the Trans should work, but you can upgrade too.

Use the LS1 Pilot Bearing/Bushing, not a LS2 Pilot Bearing/Bushing.
