Default Help Gear Selector Switch Wiring Questions

I'm trying to figure out my wiring for my 72 Cutlass that is receiving a LS1 and 4L60E from a 2000 Corvette and I'm looking at the gear selector switch connectors and I'm confused on what I need to do and where the wires go to.
Does the Neutral Safety switch run to your shifter?
Does the back up lamp feed go right to your reverse lights?
Where does the theft deterrent relay feed coil run to or can I eliminate it?

Thanks in advance.

Use your original neutral safety and back up switch, keep them separate from the engine/trans PCM and wiring.

I realize they don't run to the PCM or through the engine harness so I'm not sure where to run it. Here's the other end of that connector. I'm cutting this end off so I need to know where they should go. I will be switching shifters because mine is the stock shifter for a TH350 so I need to know what to do. Would these connect to a new switch with a new shifter? I doubt that you would leave a connector unplugged but I don't know.
