How much of a drop can i get on a '00 ws6 w/ 19" rims

How much of a drop can i get on a '00 ws6 w/ 19" rims So my tires are rubbing in the rear and its because the shocks n springs are shot out. Im about to replace but im affraid to get a bmr 1.25" drop all around and have a worse problem? Some one please advise.
