Pretty much everything should be fused. most of the Ign Hot are 5 to 20amp fused. but you should check the spec's from the manuals.

But a few of the key ones:
Battery Hot 12+v (orange)
Ign Hot 12+v (Pink)
- coil
- Injectors
- auto Trans
- ODBII Port
Fuel Relay
Fans Relays

Great question....so I have to add on this question of his..Could we just run an inline fuse in the wires that needs to be fused instead of buying a fuse block?

Well you could, but your wiring is going to look like a rats nest, will more than likely be difficult to troubleshoot, problematic and you may not save as much $$ as you think. If you look here they give you a parts list and it's not super expensive. http://www.lt1swap.com/fuseblock_obd2port.html

As for how to wire the circuits bczee pretty much laid it out. If you need a visual refer to the diagram in post #6, https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...-relay-no.html . I am doing something similar to this, but I am changing a few things which are unique to my build.

For my setup I went this route. If you want more details you can click on the link in my signature.

I also ordered a power relay module, an assortment of metri-pack 150 & 280 connectors, terminals & cable seals with the appropriate delphi crimpers. This should keep me busy for a bit.

The fusepanel is extremely compact and measures 4.25" x 3.4"

What is that thing to the left of the fuse block in the second picture, and what does it do?

That is a power relay module. I am connecting my main power wire to it and it splits it into two fused circuits, one is battery and the other ignition. You can use up to a 70A fuse for each circuit. This will power my fuse panel and I can tap into for other things if needed in the future.
