Where did you find that shave kit and what are they worth and how bad does it not fit?
I ended up cutting mine off, it was pretty beat. New one is $30.00 on flee bay.:

If I remember correctly. Unbolt the nut for steering wheel then slide the shaft out of the steering column. Then you should be able to slide the rubber boot off. Neat looking project.

stormed thanks for the link on that cover. as soon as i get time to mock up the firewall plates and take a pic i will post it to show how its off a little. i probly could get by with it but we will see.

i put hydraulics on the a few years back. i think the rear upper shock mounts are bent downward. what do you guys think? if so should i cut them off and make fabricate something in its place or heat them up and try to bend them back...I just noticed it and to think I was so close to sending the frame off for powder coat and now this came up

i plan on running the pan hard bar. i want to run 20x10 wheels for the back and i was reading on the layitlow forum that the y bone wont let you lay with 20" wheels
