ls1 swap 96 mustang i had a few questions about the swap.
1. will the truck accessories work for the swap or do they have to be f-body accessories.
2. what are the quarter mile times people are running on a stock ls1 swap.
3. do the 5.3 knock, crank, and cam sensors work in a ls1

The truck accessories will work but the alternator just looks a bit weird being mounted so high up. Not sure about ETs. The sensors should be the same, I have an LS1 specific harness in my car with 5.3 factory sensors and they all plug in. I can't imagine the mounting locations for the knock, crack and cam sensors are different between the two engines.
