stock 07 l33 5.3 swaped into my 01 ta m6 Well guys my bolt on ls1 developed blow by and lost compression in one cyclinder. so being on a buget and using my car for work i sourced a 07 l33 5.3 out of a gmc serria 4x4. swaped over intake and accessories oil pan, windage tray, pick up tube, all the sensors and valve covers which by the way bolted right up no drilling alt braket hole was already there. i have to say for being rated at lower hp/trq it feels very similar. just figured i would share the info.
