L57 LS from 2005 Silverado in 1982 Trans Am
Interesting issue.
Engine is coming along fine. We have it firing over, haven't done many test yet through for fuel system, should be ready very soon. Down to some of the last things, and after lowering it from the lift we do notice that the front end is squatting about 3/4" lower. The L57 is an Iron core, so we know is heavier than a car-doner LS1... Have already replaced the shocks all the way around as part of the restoration, but stayed with the stock springs.
What Front End springs are people using to get their 3rd Gen to sit up at the correct stock height?
Thanks for the help,
Michael Krumpe
