Ok, found a power steering return hose fitting that will work perfectly.
18mm x 1.5 on the threaded end, hose barb on the other end. Ordered a couple of different styles (angled and straight) to see what works best.
Just an FYI for anyone else in the same boat.
Cost a whopping $3-4 each!
